Who we are
lyqui.io is operated by WEBFINANCE SERVIÇOS DIGITAIS LTDA (CNPJ 55.365.760/0001-94), São Paulo, SP, Brazil ("Lyqui", "we"). For anything in this notice, write to lh@criptobot.dev.
What we collect and why
- Inquiry form and email. Your name, email address, project or token, exchanges and whatever you write to us. The inquiry form is hosted by Lark (Lark Technologies Pte. Ltd., Singapore), which stores the submissions in our workspace on our behalf. We use them only to reply and, if we go on to work together, to prepare an assessment and a contract. Legal basis: the steps you ask us to take before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering you.
- Hosting logs. The site is served by Google Firebase Hosting, which keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, pages requested, browser type) for security and operation. We do not use them to profile visitors.
- Reference prices. The price strip on the home page is loaded by your browser directly from public market-data APIs (Binance, CoinGecko). Those providers receive your IP address as part of that request; we receive nothing from it.
- Fonts. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the font files are requested.
We do not run analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not set cookies.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal data. It is shared only with the service providers named above, as needed to run the site and reply to you, and with authorities where the law requires it.
Retention
Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to answer them and for up to two years afterwards, unless a contract follows, in which case the data is kept for the duration of the relationship and as required by Brazilian law. Hosting logs are retained by the hosting provider under its own schedule.
Your rights
Under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and, where it applies, other data-protection laws, you can ask us to confirm what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy. Email lh@criptobot.dev; we answer within the legal deadline. You can also complain to the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
International transfers
Our hosting and email providers may process data outside Brazil. We rely on their standard contractual safeguards for those transfers.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top will change with it. Material changes will be flagged on the home page.
